How much does HSC tutoring cost in Sydney?
At LearnCore, one-on-one HSC tutoring for Years 11–12 is $75 per hour, and tutoring for Years 7–10 is $65 per hour. There are no joining fees or hidden costs, and your first lesson is always free.
Are there any lock-in contracts or minimum terms?
None at all. We operate on a simple pay-as-you-go basis because we believe we should re-earn your trust every single lesson. You are free to pause or stop tuition at any time, with no exit fee and no minimum term. The only thing we ask is 24 hours’ notice if you need to move or cancel an individual lesson, so the tutor who set that time aside is not left out of pocket.

Yes. Your child’s first lesson is completely free with no payment required and no account to set up. It is the easiest way to see whether your child and their tutor are the right fit before you spend anything.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
We do. If you enrol more than one child, we apply a sibling discount to keep tutoring affordable for the whole family. Let us know when you get started and we will arrange the right rate for you.
Why is HSC tutoring a little more than junior years?
Years 11–12 lessons are $75 per hour because HSC preparation requires specialist tutors in the exact subjects your child is sitting. Years 7–10 tutoring is $65 per hour and focuses on building the strong foundations that make the HSC far less stressful.
